membership

Thanks, Philip.  I should have kept a copy of the message I have 
received when submitting a question; essentially saying "you are not a 
member, so your post is held for approval."  A few times I would see a 
reply soon - as you did this time; sometimes never; sometimes much 
later, so I became confused and discouraged!  I do, in fact, want to 
continue to read and learn, and am not able to contribute any expertise 
in development.  I appreciate your reply.
