Problem is reproducible here with digiKam 4.14.0

explaination : through libkgeomap that we use to switch map view from
Marble/GoogleMaps, a konqueror web browser instance is created to display
google maps.

I suspect a problem with konqueror web engine running in googlemaps.
Something as changed in konqueror and now introduce dysfunctions. I'm sure,
i use geolocation a lots here. with previous version, this dysfunction was
not present.

In fact it's a refresh problem of web canvas.

The good news is that problem is not reproducible with current
implementation of digiKam 5.0.0-beta1, where konqueror have been replaced
by QtWebEngine, in the goal to reduce a lots all KDE dependencies. Over
than 70% of KDE dependencies are dropped with digiKam 5.0.0, and it's not
yet complete. See the list of current 5.0.0 dependencies for details :

https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=digikam-software-compilation.git&a=blob&f=DEPENDENCIES

There is also this entry in bugzilla :

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317241

That i closed with 5.0.0 release.
