[Digikam-users] Upgrade DigiKam on Macports

"sudo port selfupdate"

...will update macports core as well and...

"sudo port upgrade outdated"

... must update all packages installed including digiKam. This can take a while.

To check at end :

"sudo port installed digiKam"

.. must return something about digiKam 4.8.0 installed
