[Digikam-users] Upgrade DigiKam on Macports

I installed DigiKam through Macports some time ago and it gave me version
4.0.0. Now I see that Macports has updated and now has 4.8.0 and I wish to
install this.

What steps do I need to take to upgrade my install? I'm looking around for
tutorials online but I'm not finding anything.
