[Digikam-users] Still can't get readable tooltips in Digikam 3.1.0!

This is an usual bug, only under Gnome.

You must inall KDE control center to be able to manage color themes.
digiKam do not have theme. All come from KDE files. Sound like files
are missing under Gnome. This is typically a packaging problem...
