[Digikam-users] Tooltip text has changed to pale green. Help!

The best one is Oxygen. I can reproduce the dysfunction under OSX. I
proposed a patch to provide a compilable kde-workspace component under
OSX where KDE controlsettings panel is compiled and also Oxygen
stylevsource code.
