[Digikam-users] DK 1.4.0 Thumbnail Update

Trying to rebuild missing thumbnails I notice that the system insists on
thrashing through and apparently rebuilding all of the thumbnails even when
instructed to 'scan' for missing items. This of course is a very long
process.
