[Digikam-users] compiling 0.10 on Kubuntu

Had the same problem since I switched over from kde-devel to user (running 
KDE4.1 for good now):
You need another variable to be set:
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=LD_LIBRARY_PATH/lib/pkgconfig
or something like this. Check where your kde4 pkgconfig folder is.
