OK, so I better wait with adding this to the BKO and
try to explain better what I have in mind:

Well, maybe for the first (though this is already quite unprecise),
almost certainly not for the second.

I agree. Hoever, but for some tags this can be true, e.g.
- location of the home
- location of friends houses
- prominent places in a town etc.
(e.g. all shots at one party at one place could fall into such
a category).
But maybe the original suggestion of Cuaderno
to have a menu like "Favorite sites" or "Place of startup" in GPSSync
(maybe also including a zoom-level)
would be the simplest: just choose the corresponding entry
and apply it to all selected images.
