Ah.  I never looked at that.  Fortunately, the source tarball is only 300MB 
:-)

OK, so back to implementation.  

In your first response [1] you used the term "git-fs" [2].  In the Phabricator 
thread from 2021,  Ben used the term "Git LFS" [3].  Which one of these are we 
to use?
