This I still have NO solution for, but it’s a widespread issue for quite a
few KDE projects! Everyone just assumes that all will be found in /usr ...
E.g. KFileMetadata once had it - regarding taglib - and David fixed it [2].
I think something similar might need to be done for the jpeg library, which
does not have pkgconfig support at the moment.
