specific guideline for KDE on Windows related commits?

Hi all,
I don't mind if we use http://community.kde.org or any other wiki to develop guidelines in, but i'd like to transfer any "finalised" content to https://github.com/dannyakakong/Enzyme/wiki for two reasons:

* Enzyme should remain project-independent (even though the main - and only so far - user is KDE)
* I've built nice integration of the wiki pages straight into Enzyme, and I don't want to create another system at this time

But anyway, good work guys! (i'll add my own thoughts to the wiki soon too)

The EtherPad thing isn't as easy to get setup on, but KDE does have an install running at http://notes-dev.kde.org/ (not that i'm advocating using it :))

I agree that the Community Wiki might be a more appropriate place for the sake 
of transparency and because of the Commit Digest’s relation to KDE.  I didn’t 
consciously choose it for this reason though. Danny pointed to the wiki page 
on Github in his previous e-mail,  I merely chose the KDE Community Wiki 
because I didn’t want to register another account with Github (I already have 
two pages filled with user names and passwords to remember lying around). 
Anyway, glad to hear you agree with me on the addition to the guidelines.
