Pump.io support in Choqok

I also noticed that and even if I modified the imagepreview plugin to handle 
Pump.IO image urls, I don't think I caused that regression.

The diff between current choqok and my fork is attached, please take a look. I 
excluded microblogs/pumpio from the diff.
