Centralized info on Debug Symbols packages for Calligra

Hi,
I just added centralized info on Debug Symbols packages for Calligra binaries.
This is more or less initial attempt to answer questions on 'how to
improve quality of my crash reports'.

Please contribute with info for your distribution and extend/fix existing text.
I also think packagers could use this opportunity to plan delivery of
debug symbols package(s) if they haven't done so.

PS: Despite of using openSUSE I have no idea if debug symbols are
packaged there.
