Hi,
It makes sense not removing support if there's almost no effort needed.

In version where we depend on KDE Frameworks 5, we'll obviously remove #ifdefs.
But I am hoping we'd want to support at least KDEF >= 4.6 for quite a
long time after KDEF 5.0 is released.
