Change Tracking Implementation Notes

Please find attached a document ( in odt and pdf ) that I have
submitted to the ODF Advanced Document Collaboration SC outlining the
implementation of change-tracking in KWord and Calligra Words.

I'm forwarding the document here so that anybody interested can get a
general idea of the work that has been happening in the change
tracking branch.
