[Bugsquad] Kopete Bug Day 1 techbase page forked.

Hi everyone,

If you are working on triaging bugs from the Kopete Bug Day last
weekend, please note that I have forked the page ready for Sunday July
20th. If you are in the middle of doing a group of bugs, please
continue to list them on [1]. Please try and get any groups of bugs
that are in progress finished ASAP. If you want to start triaging a
new group of bugs, please use the page here [2].
