[Bugsquad] Its bug-day-3 planning time

Its that time of the fortnight again - bug day planning time!

So, after some discussions about how to keep up the momentum on IRC,
we are thinking
that bug days should be held every 2 weeks on Sundays.

So, the next one will be 4th May.

The target for it. KMail is a possibility, but since there is no KMail
4.0, this means people must have
a trunk build to triage it. Perhaps this is too limiting. Another
alternative is to tackle the other parts of
Konqueror, which means everyone can take part. I guess, if you want to
join on 4th May, but don't have
KDEPim 4, then shout.
