I feel about the same. As mentioned, one of next bugday's perspectives 
could/should be showing that we're not only doing konqueror/khtml stuff.

So, how about picking 2 or 3 smaller applications from kdebase like:
- dolphin
- gwenview
... maybe they could be even a little smaller.
