Feature request: Limit the number of downloaded podcast episodes.

Hello there.

I'm writing to this list because the KDE bug tracker is a horrible piece of
software from a usability point of view, and I'm too stupid to make a
feature request for Amarok there.

The podcast support has improved by orders of magnitude in the last couple
of releases, but there's still one feature I really miss. You can limit the
number of podcast episodes to show, but you can't make Amarok delete old
downloaded episodes automatically. I'm a big fan of podcasts and I hate to
stream them, but a couple of weeks ago my podcast folder grew to over 20 GB!
I manually deleted most of them, but when I look again today it had made a
comeback with 7.3 GB. This seems a little ridiculous for a music player to
use around 10 GB of hard drive space.

Since the most common case, by far, is to only listen to the most recent
episode I suggest that Amarok as default only keeps the 10 most recent
episodes in its poscast directory.

best regards

Arvid
