Amarok and copying to iPod

I'm sure it would be relatively trivial to add a drop target for the
various collections you can copy to. Probably wont take long to knock up.

Some problems I've spotted on my travels:
 * Compilation and Album Artist support is missing (various patches here
but very much WIP and causes interesting breakage in the collection
list: http://gitorious.org/~coling/amarok/colings-amarok/commits/master)
As mentioned elsewhere, I think there is a libgpod issue with
albumartist support too but I think a relatively trivial one.

 * If there is a transfer in progress, it wont let me do add more to it.
It would be nice if it just tacked on the additional tracks to the end
of the transfer job.

 * If I try to transfer some ogg files, it says "The tracks are already
on the device" rather than "The device does not support this format".
Obviously some automatic transcoding is the ultimate end goal (I didn't
look to see if this has been reimplemented yet, but I guess not).
