Yes, transcoding is badly missing. But the good news is that we might
be able to do this with the Phonon-VLC backend, or with libVLC itself
(it supports transcoding nicely).

So we might be able to build this right into Amarok at some point,
rather than relying on external programs, which Amarok 1.x did.
