no context menus

In openSUSE there was a problem in some apps from KDE 4.5 with context
menus, and I believe it was a bug in dbus, they incorporated a patch
to rpms and it disappeared. I bet that's your problem, though I have
no time to investigate, ask packagers if they patched dbus.
