GSoC: MP3Tunes Syncing Support

Casey, I'm just thinking about the generic synching framework you proposed.
If we both would be choosen for SoC we both would have quite similar 
things to make (as we've already talked about). So if you are proposing 
this generic synching framework and I am also proposing an synching 
support for Ampache I think this would be not so goot.

I think we should point out in our proposals that we would work together 
on these things if we bother would be accepted as students.

Nikolaj, what do you think?
