Hi  Adlai

You will need to turn on the gnome keys script to get amarok to take
the multimedia key signals from gnome.

Hit Tools --> Script Manager
The script you are looking for is called "Gnome Multimedia Key's"

You may have to use the get more scripts function to install it i
cannot remember. Its under the general folder once you have it
installed

Then just hit the about button & any other configuration is explained
there but i didn't need to do any
