For 1.4, all that is needed is to connect the phone through a cable and
configure amarok to use the new usb mass storage device. Find out which
folder the phone expects to find the tracks in and stick that also into
Amarok's configuration. Then just transfer your tracks.

You can do exactly the same but 100x faster by sticking the memory stick on
an USB adaptor (SEs are VERY slow at transferring directly from cable or
bluetooth, some are 5KiB/s on cable and 15 KiB/s on bt).
