I have to say almost no one writes logic "not less than". Standard
convention is "greater than or equal to".

This isn't how it's meant to be done. None of us really think in truth
tables, but it does make more sense to just use one operator instead
of combining two to make what you want. It's asking for too much to
have a whole option added, which is essentially the same as an
existing one, just because one person thinks differently.
I'm not a developer, just my opinion.
