Dynamic playlist based on smart playlist

note that dynamic playlist caches 200 tracks for inserting, so this 
might be the reason for delay you are seeing (or not :) ).

so, if the new tracks are not appearing right away, editing a dynamic 
playlist might be enough to recreate that cache.

i'm not sure smart playlist itself has to be updated, after the 
collection has been updated.
