1.4.6 abd SNV = 100% CPU on search

While querying collection about 50% of searching ends up in 100% CPU
for 5-10 minutes.  Any ideas?

All SVN within the last 1-2 weeks and ever since 1.4.6 results in this
action.  1.4.5 was fine.
