1.4.6 is up

Hey Group;

I am not sure why but 1.4.6 compiled correctly today.  I have the 
original download version and it "rm -r" the first untarred files.
I then untarred it again and it compiled cleanly.

This happened after several make distcleans and the old files failing.

Magic!!  I guess.

Anyway as usual it is a very nice image and of course it works.
