This is technically illegal.

Or you could reburn a proper CD later and never have to worry about it again, 
even if you lose your database.

Haven't figured one out yet.

Usually since those will originate from a single source (the author's upload, 
which is then copied around) instead of thousands of people ripping their own 
copies of discs and tagging differently, this is likely not a problem for 
that kind of music.
