Covers

    That's what they were originally but the documentation said
preference was given to names with "front" in them.  I've changed them
back to cover.jpg but I still have the same problem.  Some show up with
covers when they play and others don't.  I have no idea why.

    I did this and it unset almost all of the downloaded covers except
for a few.  Again, no idea why some don't unset.
