The random track navigators contain all kinds of "if ( m_repeatPlaylist 
)" decisions.

I was going to test this, but I got a small shock: the user can never 
actually cause 'm_repeatPlaylist' to become 'true'.

I don't know if this is new. (I see Nikolaj Hald Nielsen recently 
created 'NavigatorConfigAction.cpp')


But right now the user can't get "keep playing when you reach end of 
playlist" with any non-linear track navigator.
