I agree that the difference between Load and Append in the context menu
and PUD are not extremely clear.  So let's fix it.

One issue though is that there are playlists, and there is the Playlist.
 So something like "Add to Playlist" might also be confusing for users.
 Renaming it to Queue will cause us to run into the same issues again
should 1.4 style queueing tracks ever be re-added.

One more visual way to do it might be to use arrows to make it clear
which playlist we're talking about.  You could change the orientation of
the two PUD items in question so that the icon is on the right; if you
then make the icon a rightward-facing arrow, it might make it clear what
"Overwrite" and "Append" mean.  This doesn't help the context menu though.
