Organize files dialog: Dangerous, it *really* kills your kittens!

The Problem is not only about checking if its writable, in my case the
files where deleted although i had write permission to the target
folder. While coping files to my ipod oder mpt media device i never
hat this behavior. I think the problem is a litle bit wired ...
