1.4.7 schedule change

I had to change the 1.4.7 release schedule since the translators requested 
more time, here's the new one:

* 2007-08-03: start of string freeze and regression testing
* 2007-08-06: tagging and upload of rc1 - immediate start of testing by 
supporting folks
* 2007-08-12: final tarball creation - end of string freeze
* 2007-08-13: packaging starts
* 2007-08-16: public release of tarball and available packages (end of 
testing)

BTW, if you want to, I can also provide you the rc for _build preparation_ 
(though it didn't change much from 1.4.6).
