Automated tests

Hi all,
recalling what I learned about Agile Development, I asked myself: Do we
have automated tests for PA yet?
And if not: When are we planning to introduce them?
As most of you probably know, most - if not all - methodologies for Agile
Devlopment rely heavily on automated tests to ensure
what releases can be pushed out relatively rapidly without the need for
extensive manual testing phases.
In case we don't have any automated tests in place yet, I think we should
start soon: The later they are introduced,
the more difficult it is. 
I don't know how well the frameworks and technologies we use are suited
for automated tests (yet), but 
if they are not, they should be improved in that respect, right?
So, what are your plans for this? Or, if we already have automated tests,
could you please tell me where I can
look at them?
