Hello Michael,

Thomas may also reply in German, but using Google Translate, I get that  
you can no longer do an online update to retrieve transactions.  In  
order to help, please provide some additional information.

Which version of KMM are you using?  (is it the same on Mageia 7 and  
Mageia 8?  What method are you using?  Is this problem only for one  
institution, or does it now fail for all banks/credit cards?  What  
error message(s), if any,  do you get?  Can you run KMM from command  
line, to see if any addtional information is written to console?

Hopefully with additional information someone will be able to solve  
your problem.

As a temporary workaround, does you bank allow you to download the  
transactions as an OFX file, which you could then import?
