Hi,

looking at the code:
https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/blob/master/src/kitemviews/kfileitemmodel.cpp#L2182

It seems to expect the single quotes (') instead of the French guillemets.
I'm not sure of the reason of that, we should probably ask the dolphin team
before updating it (at least there should be a comment to tell we should
not replace the single quotes).
