[WikiToLearn] Idea for a new feature: "Personal library"

I think that this would be pretty nice!

In particular, as we were discussing few days ago, a professor can have a
protected page where to keep organized hard links to specific pdf versions
of their material.

Just one thing (design): this should be extremely easy to find, do not dump
inside the awful list of things in the column on the left, please! :)
