Regard this i think is very important to keep everyone updated and this is
why i want to keep track of everything is important for the community and
the project in a place (the meta subdomain) with an easy access and a
human-friendly look.

in my mind this is important to be very clear about how we make our
decisions and how we can evolve the project and avoid idea-loss because
someone don't knows how to propose something in the right way
