[WikiToLearn] [WikiToLearn Editors] Draft for the oraganization of the community

The idea is not to limit the new user to write contents only on his/her
personal page but to give him/her the possibility to start writing contents
as soon as possible: doing so the new user is encouraged to start his/her
editing activity once he register on the site (You register and you are
immediately given the opportunity of an editing experience).
The idea of the personal page used to write new contents has two main
features: the first one, as I've already said, is to encourage the new
editor (then he/she can move these pages on the correct sections by his/her
own, or thanks to the help of an admin), anyway the new editor can write
contents directly on sections; the second important feature of the user
page, used as content page, is to encourage editors to write directly on
VisualEditor (mediawiki): doing so, maybe thanks to a local version of the
editing environment, one can write pages directly on his/her page as if
these pages were personal notes and move them to correct sections when they
are complete.
We do intend to get editors closer to our editing enviroment and to the
mediwiki language: doing so you can write your notes directly where they
will be published, without any (eg. latex->mediawiki) conversion (and
problems related to it) needed.
