[WikiToLearn] [WikiToLearn Editors] Draft for the oraganization of the community

We are thinking about making easier, for new users, writing sections of
contents. How? We thought about the user page and how  making it a tool for
the editing. New users will start editing from they user page just pressing
a button :)
