Hey guys,

it's not official yet, but we set up a simple channel with a bot that
sends the recent changes, based on the atom feed. I put fr, it, en and
meta under control.
This will help us keep tracking of new users and spammers and see the
activity of the website.
I am testing a little bit how it is working, but if nobody wants to
write a rss bot from scratch and if it works fine, we can keep it :)
