after this idea from Valorie [1] we decided to bring sleeping bags and
ask for sponsorship of pizza and coffee instead of a sleeping place,
which I calculated in 5EUR/day per person.

There are still two people who are uncertain and will know if they can
come just at the last moment, but they agreed to pay their own trip if
they come.

The total request for sponsorship is thus 245 EUR.
