I think this is a sensible approach... It's always painful to re-download OCG 
when it's updated... :(

Always keep in mind that if there are better alternatives (e.g. adding the 
files at the last step or even mounting them in in a similar way to what we do 
with the webserver) we should pursue them. In any case, this should make 
things easier, so you have green light from me.
