[WikiToLearn Tech] RESTbase setup

Hi!

With new MW 1.27 seems to be needed restbase but i can't get it working
well with all our stuff (mathoid, parsoid, flow, ocg, ve) with the
multi-domain setup.

Someone can help for this?

Any idea about how to setup restbase?
