Images problem solved

Hi all,

It seemed that ocg could not find the images saved in our database,
retrieving only images from common.wikimedia.

Well, the problem was the capitalization of the first letter of the
filename.  The standard  is first letter uppercase, but the option was
changed some times ago to allow full case sensitiveness of filenames. The
problem is that ocg doesn't honor the option and doesn't find files with
lowercase first letter.

The default option has been restored.
