[WikiToLearn Tech] Switch from apache2/php5fpm to nginx/hhvm

Hi!

In the last days i worked on the nginx/hhvm setup to improve performance
and responsiveness of the site.
I think we can put nginx and hhvm in production, as i can see evrything
works very well.

Objections?
We can proceed?
