1) Cleared the cache, turned it off.
2) Tried to open the page in konqueror or rekonq, did not help.
3) Konqueror and rekonq — the bug is present. Arora — everything is ok.
4) ~/.kde4/cache-pc/http/ contains one file, scoreboard.
5) Turned the cache back on.
